Labjet
The Megnajet Labjet is a syringe based fluid delivery system developed from the core functionality of Megnajet’s highly successful integrator series controller, the MISC. It is ideal for OEM integrators and ink and fluid manufacturers who wish to use or test their inks and fluids in an industrialised system without the overhead of a full tank based ink system.
Labjet LFR
The Megnajet Labjet LFR is a syringe based low flow recirculating fluid system available in both vacuum/vacuum setup (for use with Dimatix SG600 SG1024 Samba and when applying low flow recirculation to gravity heads for fluid agitation), and pressure feed setup (suitable for use with Ricoh Gen 4/5f, Toshiba TEC CFx, and other low flow pressure feed heads).

The Megnajet LC is a development of Megnajet’s highly successful integrator series controller (MISC) for use with all gravity feed end shooter print heads currently on the market today.
LCLFR II
The Megnajet LCLFR II is a development of Megnajet’s highly successful integrator series controller (MISC) for use with low flow print heads requiring vacuum recirculation by negative differential such as the Dimatix SG1024 and SG600, as well as other gravity print heads when used with pigmented fluids to reduce drop out of pigment (such as whites).

MISC Integrator Series Controller
The MISC system is aimed at integrators, OEMs and laboratories that are looking to update or add reliable industrialised ink/fluid control functionality into their existing systems without the headache of designing a costly, bespoke pressure control system.
Remote Manifold
The aim of the manifold is to allow localised pressure sensing and head porting close the print head to improve the performance and stability of your system, this is critical where long pipes are used or heads are mounted on dynamic elements like z axis slides and moving the entire inksystem is not practical.
External inkline heater
Megnajet manufactures an easy to integrate external inline heater suitable for use with all of our fluid delivery systems. The high efficiency heater is capable of heating fluids up to 65°C as standard (higher temperatures are available depending on the application).
Degas Vacuum Generator
Megnajet manufactures an easy to integrate degas vacuum source for use with a customer’s chosen degas matrix. This generates a fixed pressure vacuum of approximately -780mbar (220mbar absolute) with automatic shutdown and alarm if the matrix should fail.
